NOISE AND NUISANCE

The noise level must not be likely to disturb the peace, tranquility, comfort, rest, well-being of the neighborhood or a single citizen or likely to prevent the peaceful use of property in the neighborhood .

DOGS

Any barking or howling of dogs likely to disturb the peace and rest of any person constitutes a nuisance and is prohibited. Provisions must be made so that dogs cannot leave the property and they must be kept on a leash on public land at all times.

DOMESTIC WASTE AND RECYCLING

The use of bins provided for this purpose is obligatory. This system also helps keep wild animals at bay. Tenants are prohibited from depositing their household waste in bins that are not associated with the rental property.

These watercraft must be cleaned before being launched to avoid the proliferation of invasive species.

FIRES AND FIREWORKS

Fires should only be made in an outdoor fireplace equipped with a spark arrestor. A certificate of authorization issued by the fire department is required to carry out fireworks.

VISITORS

The maximum number of visitors allowed at this chalet is 6 adults and 6 children.

OFFENSES

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the owner as well as the tenants are exposed to the various fines provided for by the applicable regulations. The cost of fines varies between $100 and $2000.

REGULATION RM-01

It is prohibited to rev the engine of any type of vehicle.

It is prohibited to make noise likely to disturb the peace and well-being of the neighborhood.

To play music in the cottage or a car at excessive volume.

It is prohibited to project light directly onto neighbors.

PARKING

It is prohibited to park outside the designated spaces on the site. The parking lot can accommodate a maximum of 6 small cars and none at any time can be in the way. Otherwise you will automatically be towed at your expense.

ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE

All-terrain vehicles, motocross and snowmobiles are prohibited outside the trails provided for this purpose on the territory.
