Please read ALL regulations carefully; By reserving this chalet you agree via the rental contract to respect these regulations at all times. The person who made the rental is responsible at all times for his or her family and guests and must ensure that they read and apply the regulations posted on the site and in the chalet. If certain regulations are not respected we may charge fees or ask you to leave the premises immediately.

***Parking can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles, NO CAR can be on the street at all times, otherwise you will be immediately towed at your expense.

  • Only people aged 25 and over can reserve this chalet and only people who are part of the reservation can access the chalet.
  • Your dog must be on a leash at all times if he is outside. You are responsible for damage caused by your dog. Additional fees are required when booking if you bring your dog.
  • No nautical equipment from outside is accepted in order to avoid blue algae.
  • Please note that the indoor games and water activities available to you are not guaranteed but rather offered free of charge by the owners, so they are not included in the rental fees.
  • Always wear life jackets when going on the lake (several sizes available on site).
  • Use white bath towels for the interior and colorful towels for the lake.
  • No outside music is accepted (radio, sound system, wifi speaker).
  • Lower or turn off the music inside the chalet from 11 p.m.
  • Campfires as well as any outdoor activity that could cause noise must be stopped after 11 p.m. in order to maintain the quality of life of other residents around the lake.
  • The spark arrestor screen must always be in place to avoid forest fires.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors by reducing your tone of voice in the evening.
  • Turn off exterior lights if you are indoors.
  • Never remove the handle from the wall used for the main fan.
  • If a propane tank is returned empty, put it near the garage door or on the balcony so we know.
  • Have eco-responsible behaviors to avoid wasting drinking water from surface wells and due to drought in summer.
  • Do not use a different bath/beach towel every day. This causes very large quantities of washing and therefore an immense quantity of drinking water is lost.
  • Start the dishwasher if it is full.
  • Do not let the water run unnecessarily.
  • Carefully read all the spa regulations displayed in the veranda. It is not recommended to allow children aged 5 and under to go into the spa due to the very high heat, the risk of burns, the risk of drowning. Children over 5 years old must be constantly supervised by an adult.
  • Carefully read all DEPARTURE regulations displayed on the fridge, never undo the bedding and put it in the bathroom, leave it on the beds or at the foot of the bed.
  • The housekeeping team is not responsible for your dishes.
  • Always put the key back in the key box and erase the code when you leave.
  • One bag of wood is provided per stay, so if you plan to have a large fire, please bring more.
  • In the wardrobes you will find: a bassinet, 1 extra single mattress (for your child), a folding table, chairs, blankets, memory foam mattresses to increase your comfort, fans, ironing board and iron, etc. . ***After their use please return them to their original place.
  • Respect the maximum capacity of 6 adults + 6 children at all times under penalty of a city fine and expulsion without notice or delay.
  • Please note that the main entrances have surveillance cameras. They only film in the direction of the doors or parking lots in order to protect us against thieves and to ensure compliance with the regulations of the rental contract (reception capacity). They therefore do not film your private life in the field.
